Due to the success of online assessment methods that were required during the Covid 19 Pandemic we have continued to offer a hybrid assessment. This enables conduct of assessment both face to face and via telepsychology.
The assessment method may be a mix of both face to face and online assessment. The method will be determined by the assessor based on the assessment type and referral questions, the availability of online testing methods, and the needs and location of the client.
Our assessment and testing strategies seeks to minimise the impact of using telepsychology and psychological assessment protocols that aim to ensure the integrity of the psychometric properties of the test or assessment procedure (e.g., reliability and validity) and the conditions of administration indicated in the test manual are preserved when adapted for use using new technologies.
We remain flexible and able to make modifications to the testing environment or conditions for each client circumstance necessary to accomplish this preservation.
